Crisis Statement

There is poor coordination between line departments (health, education, DPHE), NGOs, CSOs & the private sector implementing sanitation projects. UDCCM / TLCC can be effective forums for local governments (UPs & Pourashavas) to coordinate development activities against needs at the local  level. There are weak incentives for Line Departments, NGOs and civil society to attend & poor incentives for UPs / Pourashavas to hold these meetings .

 

Needs Statement

We need to develop a web based system ranking / mapping UPs & Pourashavas based on frequency of coord meetings & line departments / NGOs on their performance.

 

Impact Statement

Increased facility for Line Departments, NGOs and other stakeholders to coordinate with each other based on actionable rankings and information about coordination meetings.
